This 32 hour workshop is for training facilities and instructional staff who are presently conducting training. It is assumed that the participants have taken the Basic Training for New Instructors (BTNI) course or its equivalent and have instructional experience both in the classroom and the practical environment. The instructional role includes three major functions. They are 1) Design, Develop and Deliver training; 2) Evaluate; and 3) Assist. The course is divided into a theory portion, discussion groups, and participant presentations. An OETIO certificate is awarded to sucessful participants.
