This 32 hour workshop will help the coach build his/her skills in support of on-the-job learning. To that end, participants familiarize themselves with the training strategy used for heavy machinery operators and hoisting engineers, the principles of adult learning, the characteristics of effective coaching, and the required communication skills, coaching techniques and evaluation principles.
