The OETIO has been in operation since 1982. This world class training institute offers Crane Operator, Heavy Equipment Operator, and construction safety training programs in support of the construction industry. The OETIO provides training from two primary campuses in Ontario. The Morrisburg campus, in eastern Ontario, delivers Heavy Equipment Operator training and also serves as the design, development and administrative center of the OETIO. The Oakville campus, a new modern facility is co-located with the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 793 headquarters (IUOE), opened in January of 2006 and is the center for Crane Operator training. Both campuses provide a wide range of construction safety courses.
The OETIO has been delivering training to International Markets since 2000. We offer Consulting Services for Heavy Equipment and Crane Training that includes building a training facility, developing an institute from the ground up and developing curriculum and training standards. OETIO can supply simulation equipment, provide simulation training and train-the-trainer programs for our clients outside North America.
