Equipment
- One machine per student
- Use of industry standard equipment only
- Exposure to GPS and laser equipment during practical training
- OETIO mini-simulators are integrated into training to enhance and improve operating skills and dig cycle
- Simulates job-site work environment; minimum 8 hours per day”
Instructors
- All OETIO instructors have a minimum of 10 years on-the-job experience
- Strict maximum of six students per instructor during practical exercises
- All machines equipped with two-way radios to ensure constant communication

- A combination of classroom theory, practice labs, and practical field exercises
