Propane in Construction

This training program is mandatory so that a construction worker can connect, disconnect, and activate propane torches and heaters under 400,000 Btu/h.

This course is approved by the Technical Standards Safety Authority through the Construction Safety Association of Ontario. Participants receive a record of training under the CH-02 classification, which is valid for three years. Practical exercises include connecting, lighting, and disconnecting various propane devices.

Four hours

Prerequisite: None
Format:

Lectures, discussions, demonstrations and practical training

Evaluation: Final classroom exam
Accreditation: OETIO, Industry Approved Certificate of Successful Completion
