A Day in the Life
of a Motor Grader Operator

Grader operators primarily work on roads for new sub-divisions, parking lots, airport runways, highways, country roads, sewer and water main and final stages of road construction.

Operators should be physically fit and have good hand-eye coordination. As team players with a strong work ethic, they are always punctual and reliable. Operators have to meet deadlines and know they have to be ready to work long hours and weekends, and travel when required.
